Oldswinford sits on the southern side of the town of Stourbridge which itself is on the far south-western side of the West Midlands conurbation in the UK, approximately 12 miles west of the City of Birmingham, and on the edge of North Worcestershire and South Staffordshire's beautiful countryside. Oldswinford is largely a residential area centred around a village with numerous shops, businesses, pubs and restaurants on or about the A491 and B4186 intersection. On the far western side is the elegant Mary Stevens Park, and to the north the famous Oldswinford Hospital School and all within a mile of Stourbridge's busy town centre.
